Summer Spinach Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups spinach, baby
- 2 Tablespoon Balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 Tablespoon cheese, goat
- 1 medium carrot chopped
- 1 Tablespoon walnuts, chopped
METHOD
Rinse and thoroughly dry spinach leaves.
Place spinach in a serving bowl.
Add vinaigrette and toss to combine.
Top with goat cheese, carrots, and walnuts and serve.
