Getting a good skin care routine down-pat can take some time, but once you are in a routine it will become second nature. If you make the time to treat your skin right, it will reward you in return!
1. Use a cleanse/tone/moisturise routine morning & night.
Cleansing is an important step, which opens up the pores to remove any dirt/impurities built up on the skin’s surface. Try SkinB5’s gentle Cleansing Mousse morning & night to remove dead skin, excess oil and bacteria. It contains Green Tea and Aloe Vera to beautifully soothe the skin as it cleanses. You can even do this step in the shower to save yourself some time.
Moisturising is vital, to ensure your hydration is locked in and act as a barrier between your delicate skin & the outside environment.
2. Always remove makeup before bed.
Going to bed with makeup on encourages the growth of bacteria with the trapped impurities on your skin’s surface. While you sleep is the perfect time to allow your skin to heal & regenerate, so allow it to do that to its full potential by being clean and dirt-free.
3. Use a deep cleansing mask.
SkinB5’s Skin Purifying Mask contains French green clay and is designed to deeply cleanse & detoxify the skin, soothe any irritation and renews the skin’s condition. Leave the clay mask on for 5 minutes after cleansing at least once per week.
4. Take your supplements.
This is absolutely essential to your regime and should be treated just as importantly as cleansing. If you’re taking tablets such as SkinB5’s Acne Control tablets 3 times a day, it is easy to simply remember to take them with each main meal. Keep any supplements visible in your kitchen if you have to take them with food, and remember to take them with you for work/school/travel.
Keeping a little pill container in your bag with the supplements you need to take during the day will ensure you won’t go without. If you struggle to remember to take them you can set an alarm on your phone or even tape the pill box to your lunch box!
If you suffer breakouts or poor skin health, you should also learn to be strict around what you eat, as that can affect your skin’s health too.
