Ingredients
- 1 cup of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut pieces roughly into 2 inches or 5 cm lengths
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- Himalayan salt and black pepper
Method
- Heat grill to medium-high (or you can put it in the oven for 400 °Fahrenheit or at 200 °Celsius)
- In a bowl, toss the chicken, garlic, thyme, coriander/cilantro, 1 tablespoon of the oil, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Thread the chicken on the skewers.
- Grill the chicken turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through 8 to 10 minutes for both. (If baking it in the oven, cook for 15-20 minutes. Make sure it’s cooked properly slice one cube to make sure)
- Serve the chicken with your favourite salad, sauce or even corn.
