Carotenoids
Why? They give you that fresh sun-kissed hue.
The University of St Andrews in Scotland scientists’ have found that eating plenty of fruit and vegetables is the best way to get healthy, golden glowing skin.
Orange Fruit and Veg. contain phytonutrients – carotenoids. Eating foods containing carotenoids can help give a dull complexion a bright sun-kissed glow. But everything in moderation – eat too many carrots and you could end up with a slightly orange hue.
